At 18 East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
